Yoga Sculpt
This yoga inspired fitness class incorporates traditional yoga poses and low impact strength based compound movements to increase your heart rate, improve your mobility and flexibility and range of motion. Come to class expecting to lengthen and strengthen your full body while connecting to your breath. Most movements are multi joint and multi muscle group movements. We will use a variety of props includng light weights, resistance bands, yoga blocks and pilates balls to increase the intensity of certain movements.

Gentle Yoga
This Hatha inspired class focuses on foundational yoga poses, slow transitions and prioritizes the breath and movement connection. Expect to use blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps. This class is open to all levels and all bodies. Beginners welcome, and modifications are offered.
